Refunds, Returns and Shipping policy

As a user of the ISKCON Hyderabad Website, you understand that the Services like Donations, Events, Offerings, Sponsorships or Memberships may result in charges to you for the services or goods you order (“Charges”).

The charges for the services are paid by the you in Advance at the time of Booking the Service. You receive a Booking Confirmation from ISKCON Hyderabad Website at the time of booking the Service and successfully completing the payment to ISKCON Hyderabd Website for the services booked.

Payment of the Charges in such manner shall be considered as final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by ISKCON Hyderabad .

CANCELATION
Cancelation Request can be made by an email to abidsiskcon@gmail.com

If the Service Request has been activated, the cancelation request will not be entertained and the amount paid is Non-Refundable.

On successful cancelation of a Service Request, a Cancelation Confirmation email will be sent to the users email id.

REFUND
While processing refund, full refund will be processed within 10 working days of the refund request. Full refund will be processed for cancelation of life membership request if made within 5 days of the transaction. The full refund will be processed within 10 working days of the cancelation request.

Since the nature of donation is completely online we are unable to offer any refunds of the donated amount. We encourage you to thoroughly check the details and contact us for any queries before making any donation. If you believe the donation has been made in error or as an act of fraudulent activity, kindly send all the details at abidsiskcon@gmail.com. We shall look into details on a per-case basis.

SHIPPING POLICY AND RETURNS

Currently we are not offering any physical products on this site so shipping and returns policies are not applicable. If there is any change in future then it will be duly updated here, however there is no plan for the foreseeable future. As a user it is your responsibility to check the latest version of policy from time to time.
